This warranty applies to online, phone orders and in our showroom.

To Track your order simply go to the "track order" page, enter your order ID and email address which was used when purchasing the product. You will be presented with all information about your order and a tracking number linked to the Parcel Force website.

If you do not wish to register an account with us, but wish to have your information stored for future orders click the "remember me" at the bottom of the billing page. How Do I Return a Product Back to Top
To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send to the address below. If the item is defective please provide a full description of the fault and return in its original box (if any) to the address below. For your protection we recommend that you use the recorded delivery service.

Order online or by phone, we aim to dispatch in stock items within 48 hours after the purchase. All items are packed with great care to ensure safe delivery. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail "recorded delivery" or by Parcel Force 24 hour. All orders will need to be singed for upon delivery.

We try our up most best to describe everything as much as possible. All sizes and dimensions in the descriptions may slightly differ, due to different materials used.

We ask all our customers to request a sample of the Colour that they want, as it may be a different shade from the picture.
> Leather
All hides slightly differ as its a natural product, every piece is truly unique, hence why we ask you to request a sample to get a idea of the Colour.
> Sizes
All sizes are in the description, so we ask you to measure to make sure the furniture will fit into your house.
